I am beginning to suspect that we are not going to find what we are used to here. For all of their range of options, they are for the most part useless.

[perhaps for better. the dungeonscape hell he had to deal with in order to save marian has done wonders for his sense of direction (though don't ask him to figure out the puzzles, the others usually pick up the slack on that one).

before long they'll be outside of a specialty store situated in a quieter alley; it's surrounded by weapon and armor shops, as well a sporting goods store and a store that sells fishing equipment (where are people going fishing in cerealia, even? why is this here? we just don't know).]

well... that probably depends on what's actually in the store.]

[It looks promising at least. This area of Cerealia is less commercialized bullshit (well, as much as Cerealia is ever less commercialized bullshit, which, honestly, just means it's not 150% capitalism) and the fact that the shops look to have wares that he's at least somewhat used to helps. He'll just shove open the door without hesitation, leading the way in.
